First, if you have a need to consider returns and/or exchanges, you likely ordered a product from us. This means we owe you "Thank You!" Now our return/exchange policy goes as follows.
- You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipment, we ship within 1-2 business days. Returns Email: email@example.com
- Returns are accepted if they are within a 15-day grace period.
- Any returned product must be in its original condition. We inspect all returns, once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow a period of 5-7 business days for us to process a refund.
- Exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective, or a mis-pick.
Shipping Policy :
- It typically takes 2 business days to pick and ship orders. We ship 5 days a week in-between the hours of 7 a.m. & 3 p.m.
- We use USPS as our shipping service, so it takes anywhere from 3-5 business days after we pick and ship your order to receive it.
